Shipping Information for Masonjar Apparel

1. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer several shipping options to fit your needs. The shipping charges are calculated based on your selected shipping method and the delivery location.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

2. Order Processing Time

Order Processing: Orders are processed 1-2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details.

3. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days after processing.

Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be delivered by the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

•After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your order on the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we allow only one address per order. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

7. Signature Requirements

For orders valued over $200, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. If this applies, it will be noted in your order confirmation.

8. Shipping Delays

We aim to fulfill all orders promptly. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays. If your order is delayed, we will notify you and provide assistance.

9. Shipping Errors

If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

10. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item).

To display brands list you need to create product attribute first. Go to Dashboard -> Products -> Attribute -> create new for your product brands. Then go to Theme Settings -> Shop -> Brands and set the newly created attribute. Be sure that you have added some brands to that attribute also.
