Return & Exchange Policy for Masonjar Apparel

At Masonjar Apparel, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

1. Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on regularly priced items within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be:

Unworn,

Unwashed,

•In their original condition, with all tags attached.

Sale items and custom-made products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

1.2 How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

•Provide your order number and reason for the return.

•We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide instructions on how to return the item.

•Ensure the item is securely packed, and return it with the original receipt or packing slip.

1.3 Return Shipping Costs

•Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by us (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

•We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned items.

1.4 Refund Processing

•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

•Once the return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for items of the same value or less, within 30 days of purchase. The items must be:

Unused,

Unworn,

•In original condition with all tags attached.

2.2 How to Exchange an Item

To exchange an item:

•Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call +1 (316) 312-3770.

•Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the replacement item (subject to availability).

•We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and send you instructions for returning the original item.

•Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the exchanged item to you at no additional shipping cost.

2.3 Exchange Shipping Costs

Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping for the replacement item will be covered by Masonjar Apparel.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

3.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

3.2 Return Shipping for Damaged Items

If the product is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back at no cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Sale items (unless defective or damaged).

Custom-made or personalized items.

Gift cards or store credits.

To display brands list you need to create product attribute first. Go to Dashboard -> Products -> Attribute -> create new for your product brands. Then go to Theme Settings -> Shop -> Brands and set the newly created attribute. Be sure that you have added some brands to that attribute also.
